At Original Elderberry Co., we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@originalelderberryco.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
For unopened items, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved.
